During the UK lockdown and prior to the brand relaunch I worked with Tate’s Ecommerce Manager to setup Coffee by Tate’s online shop. This involved assessing and presenting various options to Senior management as well as discovering the functional possibilities and constraints of Tate’s existing Ecommerce solution.
After this initial research I collected together all the required product information, worked on product shots with Tate’s Ecommerce Manager and Photographer as well as testing the site, providing feedback for required changes and sharing the site once ready with the Tate team for further feedback before go-live.
The online shop proved to be an excellent tool for much needed revenue during a difficult time and has performed consistently ever since with great potential for further growth.
